You control the visibility of your posts and memorials through privacy settings: Public, Friends, Family Only, or Specific People. Information you mark as private is not accessible to other users outside your selected audience.

Clicking these links may share limited browsing data with those retailers under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party data practices.
Remembered is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.

By accessing or using Remembered ("the Platform"), operated by DW Labs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Remembered. By registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to use Remembered in accordance with our Community Guidelines, including not posting spam, inappropriate content, or content that violates others' privacy or dignity. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, text, videos). By posting on Remembered, you grant us a limited licence to display, store, and distribute that content within the Platform as necessary to provide the service.
Memorials created on Remembered are intended to honour deceased individuals. We ask that all memorial content be created respectfully and with appropriate consideration for surviving family members. We reserve the right to remove memorials that violate our Community Guidelines.
You are responsible for selecting appropriate visibility settings for your content. Remembered provides tools (Public, Friends, Family, Specific People) to help you control your audience, but cannot guarantee against misuse by users you have granted access to.
Remembered may include links to third-party websites or affiliate offers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites.
Remembered is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DW Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or user-generated content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice, at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Remembered after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
